Issuer ERIR Requirements

These documents set out the minimum technical requirements that an issue must meet in order to be admitted by Ursus 3 Capital AV as its ERIR.

Meeting these requirements does not imply tacit approval of the issue, since it must still undergo review and approval by Ursus's technical team, which is carried out by ONYZE Digital Assets SL's technical team.
